Customer Spotlight: Dana Kofsky, Wellness Stylist

Meet Dana Kofsky, a lifestyle, nutrition, and corporate wellness expert who created Wellness Styled. Wellness Styled identifies issues and blocks that may be keeping you from living the life you desire. Dana works with you to transform how you live, eat, feel, and experience to live a happier and healthier life.

What is a wellness stylist, you ask? “A wellness stylist is a coach for all things wellness,” said Dana. “I style every aspect of people’s life and guide them through things in their life that they want to shift. We start with diet and move through creating healthier habits and thoughts in their life, creating a better well being! You would want a wellness stylist because it’s like having your own personal support system to help inspire you and motivate you to create and live your best life, feeling your best in body, mind and spirit.”

Dana believes in a nontoxic lifestyle just like we do here at Ambre Blends. “Just like you are what you eat, you are what you wear. So many of us are unaware of the impact that what we put on our bodies can absorb into our system and create high levels of toxins that can lead to disease and illness. I HIGHLY encourage my clients to be mindful of ingredients in their food just as they would benefit from reading ingredients on a label. If you don’t know how to pronounce it, chances are your body won’t know what it is and will metabolize it as a toxin.”

We asked Dana what some of her other favorite products are to use in her daily life. “I have very sensitive skin so researching the products is at the top of my list. My highlight reel of brands are Le Purnier Plum Beauty Oil, Odacite Black Mint Cleanser, Live Botanicals Hormonal Harmony Calming Oil,  Hurraw! Lip Balm, and Thrive Cosmetics mascara, just to name a few.”

In her spare time, Dana loves to workout, connect with people, watch TV, go out to fun dinners, and learn. She recently moved to Austin, TX from Los Angeles, craving a more easy-going lifestyle that is fun, grounded, and with some good ole’ southern charm.

Dana placed her first Ambre Blends order on February 8, 2016 after discovering it while hugging a friend. “The original Ambre Essence scent is my favorite,” Dana said. “I have a pretty serious Ambre routine as I am addicted to the scent! I shower twice a day, so one time I use the Bubble Bath and the other I use the Olive Oil Soap. Then, I follow up with a layer of the Ambre Body Cream, and then I use the oil on the “hot” points on my body. In between, I spray my room and my body with the Ambre Spritzer (being very mindful of avoiding it spraying on the walls). I can’t get enough!! What’s not to love about Ambre Blends? The customer service is top notch. It’s a small company with a phenomenal product that’s clean and smells delightful.”
