Women-Owned Businesses We Love

Happy International Women’s Day!

As a women-owned business, we love celebrating women every day and wanted to take this opportunity to share some of our favorite women-owned businesses.

If you’re looking for the best popcorn around, look no further than Just Pop In! Their gourmet popcorn flavors will pop your socks off and we love grabbing a drink and bite to eat in their colorful cafe located in Broad Ripple Village. Owned by twin sisters Mandy and Carly, JPI is all about celebrating happiness and that’s something we can get down with.

Need to add some sparkle to your life? Our friends at Metalmark Fine Jewelry have you covered! We love their unique jewelry collections that include a variety of metals and gemstones – there is something for everyone with their range of styles and price points. Follow them on Instagram to get the latest news on piercing parties and new pieces!

One of the most important ways we can take care of our skin is through hydration, and that includes drinking enough water. The team at Indy Soft Water makes sure we have fresh, clean drinking water available both in our office and our homes! Not only is Indy Soft Water woman-owned but they have a passion for eco-friendly water solutions from bottle-free water filtration systems to high-efficency softeners that conserve energy and water. If you live in the Indianapolis area, it’s time to go bottle-free!

Not only is 8FIFTEEN an Ambre Blends retailer, but they were one of the first retailers to carry our products! This boutique located in Broad Ripple always has fresh and unique clothing and accessories that we can’t find anywhere else in Indy. We love the items they carry so much that they outfitted our models for one of our photo shoots. Erin’s extensive fashion and retail background has made 8FIFTEEN a gem in the Indy fashion scene!

Located right around the corner from 8FIFTEEN, Lola Blu Boutique is another staple in Indianapolis. We love their handpicked selection of clothing, accessories, and gifts as well as their incredible staff. As soon as you walk in the doors, you can tell the heart and soul that has been put into this shop.

When we designed the offices at Ambre Blends, we had to include some accent walls using Eskayel‘s designs. This New York-based design brand is dedicated to sustainable innovation, and founder Shanan Capanaro’s designs come from inspiration by nature or travel. We love that she uses eco-friendly methods such as water-based pigment ink and sustainably sourced materials. On top of that, she donates a percentage of sales to environmental organizations!

We can’t forget about art! Michele Quan’s MQuan Studio makes handmade ceramic arts and objects for the home and garden, drawing inspiration from the writings and teachings of Buddhism. Located in New York, her ceramic pieces are handmade and hand-painted. “My hope is that the work serve both as objects of contemplation and as a source of encouragement, inspiring reverence.”
