Charity Spotlight: kNot Today
kNot Today exists to generate awareness, initiate prevention strategies, and assist in the development of innovative healing programs for sexually abused and exploited children.
kNot Today was founded by Indianapolis Colts Head Coach Frank Reich and his wife Linda. While living and engaging in communities from coast to coast, they have learned all too well how big the problem is and how close it can hit to home. As parents and grandparents, they were compelled to make an impact on behalf of children everywhere.
This year, kNot Today is excited to announce their inaugural event, the Courage to Compete Bowling Competition. “Our hope for this event is to create an environment that brings people back year after year to fellowship and feel united in the fight to protect children in our community,” said Frank Reich, kNot Today co-founder.
Ambre Blends is proud to be a sponsor in the Courage to Compete Bowling Competition on April 23rd at Woodland Bowl here in Indianapolis. Each team will be led by a different celebrity captain. The evening’s Masters of Ceremony will be Larra Overton and Anthony Calhoun as teams compete not only for the best bowling score but who can raise the most money for the cause. In addition to bowling, there will be a silent auction, wine pull, photo booth, live DJ, and heavy appetizers. If you’re in the Indianapolis area and interested in participating, you can get a ticket or sponsor the event here.
