We want to share the love, and get our customers involved, too!
Ambre Blends donates 1% of all online sales to charity, and we want to introduce you to the five new charities we are supporting! When you shop online, you’ll have the chance to select one environmentally-focused charity from a list of five (three global, one regional, and one local to us in Indiana) when checking out at shop.ambreblends.com. Take a look at the five organizations we’ve chosen to share the love…
The Elephant Project: Did you know that in Africa, 100 elephants are killed every day for their ivory? And that number is increasing yearly. The Elephant Project has developed new ideas and new solutions to address the threats to elephant survival, providing them a new future free of cruelty and death at the hands of humans. Their three-prong strategy is designed to provide immediate protections to elephants while developing long term sustainable solutions to end this epic struggle. Learn more on Facebook and Instagram.
The Humane Society of the United States: With your help, The Humane Society fights the big fights, working to end all forms of animal cruelty and achieve the vision behind their name – a humane society. The Humane Society and their affiliates provide direct care to more than 100,000 animals each year—more than any other animal welfare organization—through sanctuaries, veterinary programs and emergency shelters and rescues. You can follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
Hoosier Environmental Council: We always like to give some local love to our home state! The Hoosier Environmental Council is the voice of the people for the environment in Indiana. HEC is the organization with the passion and the plan to tackle our environmental challenges and help make our state a healthier, better place to live and do business. HEC works to reduce barriers to sustainable energy use, cut down on pollution and greenhouse gas emissions associated with factory farms, strengthen drinking water protections, and safeguard wilderness areas.
